Elizabeth Green, known to her friends as Lee, is an award winning Producer with a breadth of experience in both shorts and feature length films.

Originally from Enfield, Connecticut she grew up on her family’s blueberry farm before heading off to study at Hampshire College. Elizabeth graduated in 2020 with her debut documentary ‘Dreamstate: What are movies really selling?’ about the the intersection of hyper-consumerism under capitalism and heteronormativity in American blockbuster romantic comedies. And received her Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Film Studies and Production.

Currently Elizabeth is located in Washington, DC and recently graduated from American University with her MFA in Communication, Film and Media Arts and concentrated in Environmental Documentary Filmmaking at the Center for Environmental Filmmaking.

Elizabeth’s works at the intersection of Scientific Storytelling, technology, education, and engagement and will often center sustainable filmmaking practices and environmental justice.

Elizabeth also carries a passion for analog photography and will shoot her personal works in film and develop it at home in her make shift darkroom whenever she gets the chance.
